Marketing Associate

Redwood Investment Management is currently seeking a driven marketing associate with a desire to learn and grow. This position requires a demonstrated track record working in digital marketing to drive an audience. This person will have strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills. They will also have superb attention to detail, and a strong eye for design is a plus.

Redwood Investment Management is an institutional SEC-registered investment adviser providing leading-edge investment solutions to clients and investment advisers across a variety of vehicles, including the Redwood mutual funds, the LeaderShares® ETFs, separately managed accounts, sub-advisory relationships, unified managed accounts, investment model platforms, and a hedge fund. Redwood’s strategies are primarily quantitative and focus on a macro-level view. This role is in our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Updating current and recurring marketing pieces distributed to financial advisors, including performance fact sheets, reports, white papers, brochures, and newsletters under deadlines
  • Updating and maintaining Redwood’s website and propriety Advisor Portal, including uploading weekly materials and servicing clients
  • Digital Marketing background is preferred
  • Assisting in curating collaterals across different mediums and platforms including but not limited to print, digital, websites, email campaigns, digital marketing platforms, and any other marketing distribution
  • Serving as the marketing point-of-contact for Redwood’s clients, communicating and emailing with them in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating with any outside vendors related to marketing – design, web admins, marketing consultants, printers.
  • Compile and analyze market data from HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Redwood’s website
  • Helping to coordinate marketing materials and branding for events and conferences
  • Supporting Redwood’s marketing team drive project completion

Candidate Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign etc.)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and SalesForce is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage projects and work efficiently for deliverables
  • Emphasis on strong written and verbal skills; understands how to communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability for creative analytical problem solving
